NIA Rules

Transfer Rules

Transfers are critical towards us. The people that can direct transfers are the rank holders of Senior Commanders and above. The usage of the transfer desk is not to recruit ,but to perform transfers. The current [NIA] transfer limit is up to Directive Management, that means no one can transfer over the ranks of the Directive Management without having a founder’s authorization. The agencies we are accepting transfers to are the ones that have 50 members or more. If someone is transferred out of limit, there will be severe actions taken. If there is no one to assist a transfer, ask them to add people in charge and they will help as soon as they are online.

Main Rules

Never ask for Pay, Rights, Promotion.
Do Not Self-Promote, Double Job.
Always obey your Superiors and address them as Sir/ Ma'am.
Do not use dance or effects in any NIA rooms.
Do not capitalize whole sentences or use irritable/inappropriate text while in NIA.
Only people on our site under category "Buy Ranks" Can sell Ranks.
Never Try to sell rights, ranks, or access to VIP area.
Never discriminate anyone on either rank, race, creed or gender.
Never AFK while working at the front desk, security, or training. Please Sit on the back before going AFK. ----> There are lounges at the back.

Pay Rules

1 - You must be Standards or higher to receive payment.

2 - You Payment will Vary depending on your rank; The rates are as follows:

Standards: 2,000,000 c - 4,000,000 c
Security: 4,000,000 c - 6,000,000 c
Trainers: 6,000,000 c - 8,000,000 c
High Rank: 8,000,000 c - 10,000,000 c
Legal Division: 10,000,000 c - 12,000,000 c
Directive Management: 12,000,000 c - 14,000,000 c
Standard High Ranks/Security Unit High Ranks/Training Unit High Ranks: 14,000,000 c - 16,000,000 c
Internal Affairs/External Affairs: 16,000,000 c - 20,000,000 c
Senior Commanders: 20,000,000 c - 24,000,000 c
Disciplinary Operations: 24,000,000 c - 30,000,000 c

3 - Your payment will Be High under the following circumstances

You Rarely/ Never break rules.
You show respect to everyone.
You work as long as you can, as frequently as you can.
You are dedicated to NIA.

4 - Your Payment will be low/not received under the following circumstances

You Casually/always break rules.
You Disrespect members of NIA.
You have been demoted within the last week.
You are rarely online/In Base working.
You are found to be Unreliable/untrustworthy to NIA.

5 - In order to receive your payment you must have received the payment badge:

The payment badge will be awarded to willing recipients that have shown to be a good and efficient workers. The badge can then be exchanged for payment on pay day (when timer runs out). Without this badge you cannot receive pay.

6 - Pay can be claimed/collected from up to 24hrs after the timer reach 00:00 (to account for time zone differences) It is your responsibility to collect your pay. If you miss out, it is your loss.

Attire/Clothing Rules

1. High Ranks clothing rules are as followed:

No abnormal skin tones (green, blue, pink, orange, etc)
No costumes of any sort (TMNT, Iron Man, Disney Princess, Animal etc)
No masks.
Men, shirts are required at all times.
Women, no bras or bikini tops.
No bikini bottoms and, for the love of God, no speedos.
No hats that cover the face.
No bunny slippers
No baby outfits.
No skeleton arms.
Cloning other staff members is not allowed.

Promotion & Demotion Rules

Must not be more then one rank at a time unless told to by a superior rank (Senior Commanders and above)
Each person can only receive 3 promotions at most in an 24 hour period.
Only promote/demote within the allowances of your rank.
Each Promotion must be logged on NIA forum - http://freshhotelnia.forumotion.com
A person must be warned 3 times, unless it’s a serious offence.

Termination Rules

You can only terminate someones position on the spot if they have done one of the following:

Sold ranks, room rights, VIP badge etc. (No warnings given before fire this person and they get perm ban at NIA base)
Continually Breaking NIA rules.
Continually disobeying ranks.
Abuising rank previleges/ Room rights.

When terminating someones employment they must first receive warnings, and demotions (3 warnings per demotion) After three demotions have been given you are able to fire this person.
Their Termination must be logged on the forum.
They will not be banned from the room. However if they continue to disturb NIA, they will be banned from the room.
